I am here with another healthy and yummy recipe of 'EGGLESS-WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS' . My son turned two this month , Yes ! there was celebration , I had some guests who don't eat Egg , even i don't eat Egg ,I tried these , they were so soft , fluffy, moist and yummy .So let's start with the recipe :
I am here with another healthy and yummy recipe of 'EGGLESS-WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS' . My son turned two this month , Yes ! there was celebration , I had some guests who don't eat Egg , even i don't eat Egg ,I tried these , they were so soft , fluffy, moist and yummy .So let's start with the recipe :
Baking time : 20 min
Serves : 12 muffins
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 Cup Canola oil
- 1/4 Cup + 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp Coco powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- pinch of salt
3 tbsp of Strawberry Jam to make filling in the muffin (optional)
STEP-BY-STEP :
- Sieve Whole wheat flour , Coco powder, salt, Baking powder together to mix it evenly.
- In aseparate bowl mix Canola oil , Lemon juice , Sugar , Vanilla extract ,Milk , keep it aside.
- Mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients to make batter.
- Mean while preheat the oven at 200 deg Celcius.
- Put muffin paper to Muffin tray .
- Put 3/4 tbsp batter to each muffin paper
- Add Strawberry jam in the center of the muffin batter.
- Cover the jam by 3/4 - 1 tbsp of batter in each muffin paper.
- Put it in the oven for 20 - 25 min .
- Insert a toothpick , if it comes out clear then muffins are ready to take out.
