I am here with great snack recipe for babies and toddlers ! which is tasty as well as healthy and very simple with simple ingredients - whole wheat flour , milk, organic Jaggery ,ghee( clarified butter), you can replace jaggery with sugar and ghee with butter .
Ingredients :
3 tbsp of whole wheat flour,
Glass of milk,
1 tbsp of jaggery,
Ghee to drizzle.
1: Mix whole wheat flour , milk and jaggery in a bowl , mix well until it becomes smooth and lumps free batter , you can also use food processor to mix it well.
2: Heat the pan , drizzle Ghee and put small pancakes don't smear after putting batter, otherwise it will not be fluffy .
3: Cook pancakes on both sides till it turn nice brown color.
4:Serve with Honey or Fruit Jam.
