HOW TO MAKE PERFECT ' MASALA CHAI'

Hello ,

I am here with recipe of  "Masala Chai"  yey ! it is so refreshing ,tasty , good for health , Yeah! easy to make.


Let's start !

Ingredients : 
  • 1 1/2  tsp of Black tea powder
  • 1 tsp of grated Ginger
  • 2 Black pepper
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 inch of Cinnamon
  • 3 mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 Cardamom pods
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 3/4 cup of Water
  • Sugar to taste

Step-By-Step :

  1. Take  all ingredients except milk and sugar  , add it to bowl along with 3/4 cup of water.

2.Bring it to boil , keep boiling for 2-3 mins , stir it every 30 sec.



3. Add , 1/2 cup of Milk , boil it another 2 mins ,  add sugar to taste and strain it .


Now , Masala Chai is ready to serve !! along with some samosa and cookies :) 

* This recipe is for single cup of Masala chai , you can scale it how many you want to .
